Zymurgy

Jamil Zainasheff was the inspiration for my walk-in cooler. He has had a similar one for several years. He contacted me soon after finishing my walk-in cooler to ask if I would write it up as an article for Zymurgy. If all goes well, it should be in the January 2007 edition...
